Short summary about the Estonian Safer Internet Centre project Smartly on the Web VII
Estonian Safer Internet Centre is a joint initiative of four organizations:
• Estonian Union for Child Welfare,
• Education and Youth Board,
• Estonian Social Insurance Board
• Tallinn University of Technology.
The Estonian Safer Internet Centre´s mission is to promote a safer and better use of the internet and digital technologies among children, young people, parents and teachers. For this purpose Estonian SIC carries out awareness raising activities, and provides helpline and a hotline services. Estonian SIC activities are co-financed 50% by the the European Union.
This is a short summary of the activities of Estonian Safer Internet Centre during the period of 01.06.2022-31.05.2024.
