• Youth portal Teeviit – joint thematic podcasts, webinars, joint media literacy campaign in
February 2023, etc.;
• Telia Estonia – support to Estonian SIC activities: broadcasting channels for webinars,
premises and broadcasting channel and technological support regarding SID 2024
conference;
• Estonian Human Rights Centre – Estonian SIC contribution to the development of the study
platform on cyber threats and safety for basic school students;
• Estonian Union of Educational Technologists – cooperation in developing of awareness
raising resources and organizing awareness raising events;
• Mentor Student Society TORE – contribution to each other’s activities, for example podcasts,
conferences, workshops etc.;
• Bullying Free Kindergarten and School programme – contribution to awareness raising
resources and activities.
International cooperation
Estonian SIC contributed to the international networks (Insafe and INHOPE) by sharing resources, good practices and statistics via European platform https://www.betterinternetforkids.eu/ and taking part in European and International networks’ meetings and initiatives.
Participating in the Insafe network
Estonian Safer Internet Centre contributed to the website https://betterinternetforkids.eu with 18 awareness raising resouces and 6 thematic articles. In the period of June 2022 - May 2024, Estonian SIC representatives participated in the training seminars of the Insafe network in Brussels (October 2022), Vienna (April 2023) and Warsaw (April 2024), and in October 2023 the training seminar was held online. At the training seminars, information about the activities of the network members and their experiences were shared. In addtion, representatives of Estonian SIC participated in the Insafe thematic online workshops and working groups.

Estonian helpline Lasteabi (Child Helpline 116111)
The Child Helpline Service - Lasteabi - operates all over Estonia 24/7 and is free of charge. Counselling is provided in Estonian, Russian and in English. In addition to telephone, the Child Helpline Service can be accessed via website www.lasteabi.ee which offers a chat and an e-mail option. The service is provided by the Social Insurance Board.
In 2023, 16,918 people including adults and children turned to Lasteabi for help and advice. The number of contacts related to the use of digital technology made up about 1,8% of them.
